No monthly software subscription. All features and software updates are included. TABL’s service fee is $0.35 per order for orders of $10 or less, and $1 per order for orders over $10. Your customer pays this fee, not your business. The same service fee applies to cash and card orders. Your business pays card processing fees through Stripe. Processing fees go directly to Stripe; TABL doesn’t take a cut. Compare your estimated monthly costs with our pricing calculator.
We make our money from a small customer-paid service fee on each order, rather than a monthly software subscription or paid feature upgrades. That lets us include all our software tools and keep improving them. We grow with your order volume, so helping your business succeed matters to us.
There are no long-term software contracts. If we provide your hardware, our hardware agreement asks you to complete at least 50 orders a month with TABL. If you decide to stop using TABL, just send the hardware back to us.
TABL Invoicing has no monthly software fee. Invoice payments are processed at 2.9% + $0.30 per payment, with a separate 1% customer-paid service fee on the invoice. These invoice fees are different from the fixed service fee on regular POS orders.
Most cafés can get started in a few business days once the setup details and hardware are ready. We’ll guide you through account setup, menus, taxes, payment setup, hardware pairing, and test orders so you feel ready for your first service.
Yes. We help with menu build/import, payment configuration, and hardware onboarding, then stay with you through launch. You’ll work with real people who can answer questions and help your team get comfortable with TABL.
